"El Al Lounge Manager" is a time management app for the King David Lounge, replacing outdated paper-based methods with a simple digital solution.

Introduction
The "El Al Lounge" app was developed to optimize lounge operations and replace outdated task management methods relying on printed documents and WhatsApp groups. This digital solution offers a smart, simple, and user-friendly tool tailored to the specific needs of lounge flight attendants.

Target Audience
Lounge flight attendants, primarily women aged 24-50.
Native Hebrew speakers with basic English proficiency.
Limited technological skills – many struggle with Excel and digital tools.
Prefer intuitive, minimal interfaces with minimal need for navigation.
Require quick, stress-free access to essential information and task management.
Key Challenges
Resistance to change – many employees fear new technology and prefer familiar workflows.
Outdated and fragmented systems – reliance on printed documents, WhatsApp groups, and emails.

The app consists of five main screens:
"Team" Screen – Displays the daily shift schedule, showing who is working and their assigned roles.
Passenger Escort Calendar – Provides information on VIP travelers (ministers, prime ministers) for proper preparation.
Numbers Dashboard – Integrates with flight scheduling systems to predict passenger volume, helping optimize food, beverages, and staffing.
Important Messages & Manager Requests – A central hub for crucial updates, replacing WhatsApp messages.
Lounge Information Database – A resource for flight attendants with lounge policies, upgrade information, and details about international lounges.

Color Scheme & Design Approach
Color Palette: Incorporates El Al's brand colors (deep blue, silver, gold) along with gray, white, and black for a clean and minimalist look.
Visual Language:
Simple, elegant design without overwhelming users with excessive information.
Neutral backgrounds with subtle highlights for essential information.
Clear, intuitive navigation for seamless transitions between screens.
Easily recognizable icons for key functions like shifts, tasks, and passenger escorting.
